Darenth Parish Council has, on several occasions, contacted landowners Dignity Group Holdings Ltd, drawing their attention to off-road bikers accessing their land and local woodland at the Mabledon Hospital Site. Recent incidents arising from exposed entrances on the land have been reported by the Parish Council and a response requested to this ongoing situation which needs to be resolved.

We note from the landowners website mission statements that Dignity is 'Close to the heart of the local community' and 'Making a difference to the local communities that we serve is at the heart of everything we do. By listening to and understanding the needs of local communities our employees are able to respond by providing help where it is really needed'. On behalf of the long-suffering residents, the Parish Council asked that the expressed sentiments are backed by some meaningful actions.

We requested information on what steps are being taken to secure boundaries to prevent such activities which are causing a significant noise nuisance, distress and upset to Darenth residents as well as having a potential detrimental impact on the local habitat.

IN ORDER TO BUILD A PICTURE OF THE IMPACT OF NOISE NUISANCE AND PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUES, KENT POLICE AND THE PARISH COUNCIL WOULD URGE AFFECTED RESIDENTS TO REPORT SPECIFIC INCIDENTS OF ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR USING THE DETAILS BELOW:
