We currently have a vacancy for Facility Co-ordinator at our Darenth Village Hall venue.
12 hours per week (days/evenings/times flexible as required)
Employment Package includes:
Salary £23,492 FTE
Pension Scheme
The Parish Council is looking for a Facility Co-ordinator to primarily support the effective running of the Parish Council’s Darenth Village Hall facility, whilst also providing support at Waller Park Pavilion.
As well as being friendly, enthusiastic, well organised and calm, we are looking for someone who:
• has previous caretaking and facility management experience
• has excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with members of the public, co-workers and third-party organisations
• can meet deadlines effectively and professionally
• is proficient with the use of email (essential)
• will, with appropriate training, be able to deal with the day-to-day management of Parish Council facilities
• will undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time
